Golden leopard print

Okay so here is just a little blog post about this Miss Guided Outfit i wore the other night. The reason i decided to do this post is basically because this was the first time i'd got dressed up in weeks so i thought i should do a post about some of the clothes i chose to wear for my night out!
I have recently become a huge fan of Miss Guided and jumped at the opportunity to buy a new outfit from their website for my night out. The clothes on miss guided in my opinion are really good quality and such good value! Also as i have bought from them previously i am always receiving emails from them with amazing deals and money off codes, so basically i am always finding a good little bargain!
Anyway, as i live in a small little town i decided that i wanted to wear an outfit to go out that was dressy but also didnt show too much flesh, so i decided on a skirt and long sleeved top. This skirt was the statement piece of my whole outfit as it was a gorgeous smooth material which was navy blue with a beautiful embroidered leopard print sewn on to it. I decided to team this with the long sleeved high neck crop by Nicole for Miss Guided which i fell in love with online long before i bought it! The only little bit of advice i would give to someone who is buying this top is that i would suggest to buy it in a size bigger.. i got it in a size 8 and the material didnt have much stretch in it, therefore as it is a small fitting top i would definitely recommend to buy one a little bit bigger to ensure not to damage the material.
I also styled this outfit with my public desire sandal shoes with gold detailing, a simple triangle necklace from topshop and used a new bag which i bought from Primark which was a beautiful metallic blue clutch!
I love outfits around the christmas period which are gold, metallic and black! Personally i always feel wrong wearing outfits which are bright and colourful when the weather is so cold so always tend to sway towards buying darker items but brighter accessories and wearing bright lipstick as a fab colour pop!
Also just a last little point.. have to say that i find these photos hilarious because i got photobombed by my cat! Bless him!
