Caramel Treat Making













Ok, whos mouth is watering after scrolling through the above photos!! I know mine is again!! I thought i'd share this very very easy recipe with you all so that you can enjoy this just as much as me and Simon did!! This is my caramel/mars bar crispy cake and oh my goodness its absolutely incredible!! Enjoy :)

ingredients: 120g Margarine, 4 Mars Bars, 150g White Chocolate, 300g Corn Flakes.

1. Cut Mars Bar in to small chunks and heat/melt over boiling water in a saucepan. 

2. Take off the heat and mix in the corn flakes 1 cup at a time until the mixture is only slightly gooey. 

3. Spoon the mixture into a tray or container and spread out evenly. 

4. Heat up the chocolate in a bowl over a pan of boiling water. You can use any kind of chocolate for this but white chocolate was so yummy!! 

5. Spread the melted chocolate evenly over the mixture

6. Leave to cool for a short amount of time and then place in the fridge for 3-4 hours to set.

7. Take out the fridge and cut into portion sizes for all to enjoy.
