Holiday Style Diary- Day Two 'Pretty in Pink'

So for Night number 2 of my holiday i decided to wear something bright! This was for a few reasons:
1. Because I wasnt very tanned at this point so it stood out a lot, which is pretty much the whole point of wearing a bright pink dress.
2. I made the silly mistake on my last holiday in July of leaving a fluorescent pink skirt to wear on 1 of my last nights, however id got very sunburnt that day and couldnt wear it because it looked pretty ridiculous with my lobster looking body. Therefore to prevent the same mistake from occurring again and just incase i did get burnt after this, i decided to wear this on the second day as i wasnt burnt at all (and i didnt even get burnt all holiday surpisingly).

I have been saving this beautiful dress for an occasion like a holiday, I've had it for almost a year now and its only been worn once for a wedding i went to! I thought about selling it a few times because i just didnt feel that I could wear it in the town im from (as its just too bright for somewhere so small)! Im so happy i decided to take it on holiday with me, its definitely made me fall in love with it all over again! I seem to remember that this dress was quite expensive when i bought it so it makes me appreciate it so much more when i can get a few different wears out of an item! Now i will 100% be keeping this and saving it for some occasions next summer!
The material of this dress feels very expensive, its almost like a crepe and its the perfect length and design for me! My figure it pear shaped which means that I have a small chest, waist and i am quite petite.. but i have a bigger bum and thighs which means that this skater dress is perfect to mask some of my body shape!
I styled this dress with my little daisy necklace (which i wear all of the time), and some primark tan sandals which are super comfy! I decided to wear this dress with these simplistic items because i felt it stood out enough alone without adding extras!
Anyone who is going on holiday soon (Lucky Thing) make sure you bag yourself a bright dress! Honestly, if you cant wear bright clothes on holiday then when can you?! Just dont forget the little sunburn tip and wear it at the beginning of your holiday yeah :)?
